"Hands down the biggest joke of an insurance office to ever exist. Do not use Trey Young State Farm for auto or home owners insurance. I pay insurance every month on time with cash. At least 5 different times my cash payment was not applied to my account, eventhough I was given a receipt when I payed. so after my fifth time of going through that, I simply stopped paying in cash. I started paying by debit to have an electronic record in addition to my physical receipt. Next thing I know, I receive a letter from the Department of Revenue saying that my insurance has lapsed and that now I owe a fine (three separate fines for each vehicle that I own) When I called Trey Young he told me that it was because I didn't pay for 2 months straight. That was absolutely a bold face lie. I provided all my receipts and he says that someone from a different policy bounced a check and when that happens it prevents EVERY other account in his office from a payment being posted. He lied again and said that he would correct every mistake and that a lapse would not show. Trey Young will lie and tell you whatever it takes to get you off the phone. please don't use this office. Absolutely horrible service and an office full of incompetent staff."
"Phil, I’m very sorry that we’ve had difficulties with your policy. As I explained on the phone, a bounced check led to an incredibly unique and rare circumstance that ultimately forced me to close the bank account. That’s never happened in my career. I’m very sorry for that inconvenience but, as you know, I was able to get with the state and make sure there was no lapse in coverage and no fine after you brought it to my attention. "

"I tried to give this office a chance. We only have a couple of Life Policies with the office. We submitted a Form back in March to the agent for the Ownership of our sons policy to remain the same. The Form was never processed. Here it is July and we are still dealing with the same issue. Slow to no response from the agent and the only staff person is not Life Licensed so was unable to help. I finally was able to get through to customer service today, only to be advised that they never received any form on the policy and my husbands ownership was removed. So annoying and frustrating that something this simple was not handled and processed. The customer service did advise us on how to get this form submitted and processed. I will be requesting to move the policies to a different agency."
